"About a week ago I called my insurance office to cancel the policy I had for my dad's house in western Kansas. I had sold the property last year and forgot to cancel it then. I was asked to send my settlement statement from last year. I asked why, I wasn't expecting anything back. I sent the documents anyway as asked, but still didn't expect anything from it. I got a call today from my agents office to tell me the good news that I was getting a partial refund. I was, to say the least, stunned. Thank you very much. I have been a customer with the same agent, since I moved to Wichita in the early 90's. It is so nice to be a long time customer and have an agent who goes the extra mile for you.
